HOTEL REGULATION
Dear guests,
We want to give you an unforgettable experience at Tomis Garden Aparthotel and that is why we have established a series of principles and rules that we respectfully ask you to keep in mind both during and after your stay.
Booking
The reservation is made directly on the website www.tomisgarden.ro or at one of the following phone numbers:
+40737144804, Tomis Garden Aparthotel Mamaia or
+40799154156, Tomis Garden Aparthotel Bucharest.
Reservations will be guaranteed with a card valid on the date of reservation or an advance payment. In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the amount of the first night and release the room for the rest of the reserved period.
Reservation cancellation
Any cancellation of the room reservation will be sent in writing to the following e-mail addresses:

Rates
Tomis Garden Aparthotel rates differ depending on the type of room you opt for, availability, day and season, as well as the number of people in the room (more details on the reservations page).
Arrival and departure
The reception of the room (check-in) can be done starting at 15.00
Room release (check-out) will be done before 12:00.
If, on the first day of the stay, the room is requested before 3:00 p.m., the request will be honored within the limit of availability.
If on the last day of the stay the rooms are released after 12:00, a late check out can be offered within the availability limit with an additional cost of 15 Euros per hour and 100% of the night’s accommodation price will be charged for exceeding 5:00 p.m. :00.
Guests who vacate their rooms by 12.00 can leave their luggage at the reception, in a space dedicated to this service, for a period of 6 hours at no additional cost.
If the guests’ luggage remains in the room after check-out at 12:00, respectively 17:00 in the case of a late check-out, 100% of the value of one night’s accommodation will be charged.
These customer requests will be clarified and honored only to the extent that the hotel does not have firm confirmations for those accommodations.
Accommodation
All children are welcome.
The accommodation of children between the ages of 0-7 will be free of charge, when the existing extra beds are used.
For children under 2 years of age, there is the possibility of offering, subject to availability, a baby cot.
Please let us know when you make the reservation if you need a cot for the child so that we can honor your request, subject to availability.
All children aged 7-18 pay EUR 20 per night without breakfast if using extra beds
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
The types of rooms that can accommodate extra beds or cots are the Queen Studio and King Executive rooms.
Please let us know when you make the reservation if you need an additional bed for the child so that we can honor your request, within the limits of availability.
The guests have taken note of the following rules and undertake to respect them:
– not to damage the arrangement or objects from the hotel’s equipment, otherwise they owe the hotel an amount equal to the value of the purchase/arrangement of the damaged object and the related work;
– not to take goods from the Tomis Garden Aparthotel when leaving;
– to keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests;
– not to use towels or linen for: wiping dyed hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, the floor, etc. Towels will be used for body use. If towels or bed linen damaged by the improper use of the tourist are identified, they will be imputed as damage and will be paid by the responsible tourist. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the tourist’s room reservation and evict him with the return of the value of the services paid and not benefited from until the time of evacuation, from which the value of the damaged towels/linen will be deducted ( to the value needed to replace it).
– not to enter other rooms or spaces intended only for Hotel staff without the Hotel’s permission;
– to notify the persons who come to visit who are not staying in the Hotel; their entry into the hotel will be made only after identification and registration at the Hotel reception;
– not to leave children unattended in any of the Hotel spaces; any accident caused as a result of children not being supervised in the premises of Tomis Garden Aparthotel, is not our responsibility but the responsibility of the people who accompany the children and are responsible for their supervision;
– to announce as quickly as possible any malfunction of devices, installations or other technical non-conformities/furniture in the Hotel’s equipment;
-any accident caused as a result of the improper use of the equipment or the use of the hotel facilities without complying with the corresponding Security rules is not our responsibility.
Prohibited access with electrical consumers: radiators, kettles, etc. in the hotel.
– after use and before leaving the room, remove the chargers of electrical/electronic devices (laptop, mobile phone, camera, etc.) from the sockets.
– to announce as quickly as possible any malfunction of the devices or installations of the Hotel;
– guest access to the kitchen, the bar, as well as the use of the equipment (computer, sound equipment, etc.) of the hotel is prohibited without the consent of the Hotel Management;
– it is absolutely forbidden to bring weapons, white weapons or tear gas into the Hotel. According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable;
– do not throw objects into the toilet that could damage the waste collection station;
– nudism or any form of exhibitionism is not allowed inside the hotel;
-garbage and household waste will be stored in the trash cans located within the hotel radius;
– please contact the reception as soon as you lose your room access card. In order to issue the duplicate, it is necessary to identify yourself with an identity document;
– it is not allowed to bring into the hotel complex objects/goods that emit a persistent and disturbing smell;
– parents, guardians or companions are responsible for the actions of minors and undertake to take care of them, respectively that they behave civilly and do not disturb other guests of the hotel;
– please inform the reception or restaurant staff of any food allergy or intolerance;
– running or practicing any sport is not allowed in the lobby or in the hotel halls;
– to inform the reception about the services used and the products consumed from the minibar in order to be invoiced.
Signals
For additional requests during your stay, you can use the signage on the tablets provided in the rooms:
- activation of the DND (do not disturb) button – through this message the housekeeping team will not carry out daily housekeeping
- activation of the Make my room button – with this message you request cleaning in your room.
Additional guests
You can receive guests or guests in your room between 08:00 and 22:00 at no extra cost. If you receive guests between 22:00 and 08:00, they will have to pay the difference in the rate and register at the reception by completing the accommodation form.
Dress Code
Tomis Garden Aparthotel does not practice a special dress code, but we recommend decency and respect for both other guests and staff.
People wearing robes and bathing suits will not be accepted in the hotel’s restaurant and reception.
Payment methods
To pay for Tomis Garden Aparthotel services, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay), cash (RON) or bank transfer are accepted.
Apart from already concluded contracts, we inform you that the payment or pre-authorization of the card is done at the time of accommodation (check-in).
If payment is desired at the end of the stay, a card or cash deposit for the requested period and accommodation services will be required.
In the case of bank transfer, payment must be made in advance based on the proforma invoice.
Bonus and service costs
Gratuities for the hotel staff are at the discretion of the customers.
<strongstyle=”color: #c00000;”>Smoking
Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed in the premises of Tomis Garden Aparthotel according to the applicable legislation in force (law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by law 15/2016). Tomis Garden Aparthotel has designated outdoor smoking areas.
Tomis Garden Aparthotel only has non-smoking rooms. If the provisions of this regulation are not respected, a fee of 250 RON/night will be applied representing the room cleaning services.
Pets
The general rule does not allow people accompanied by animals and/or birds to stay in the hotel.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the on-site Café Bar located on the ground floor of the hotel, in the interval:
- 7.30 and 10.30 am (Monday to Sunday)
You can invite anyone to serve breakfast with you, but it is mandatory that each person invited pays for it, respects the rules of behavior and has a decent outfit.
For non-hotel guests, breakfast costs EUR 8/person (current day’s BNR exchange rate will be used)
Parking space and cars
Tomis Garden Aparthotel offers its customers, subject to availability, 30 underground parking spaces. The location also has 4 electric charging stations.
Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage to the surface of our property. To avoid these inconveniences, do not leave valuables inside the cars.
Safety of personal items
Tomis Garden Aparthotel is equipped with approved electronic systems for monitoring room access and opening safes.
We recommend using the safes available in the rooms to store valuables. We do not assume any responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items in the premises of Tomis Garden Aparthotel. If an object is found by the hotel staff, it will be kept for 1 month in the specially arranged warehouse.
Special assistance
Our desire is to provide the best conditions for people with disabilities.
Most of the spaces in the hotel are accessible.
If you need special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can offer you the most pleasant stay possible.
Privacy of information
We will never use your name or other information about you without first obtaining your consent to do so. You will be able to tell us if you want to receive this information in the future.
Processing of personal data
Our company complies with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR) having established specific procedures.
Environmental Protection Policy
Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us, that’s why we promote a responsible attitude in this regard.
Detergents used for washing and sterilizing linens, towels, tablecloths and robes are biodegradable, and saving them implies a better preservation of the environment.
The linen is changed after three days of accommodation or at the customer’s request. Towels are changed every 3 days or upon request. To signal to us that you wish to change linen and towels, please leave them on the floor or in the bathtub.
Disputes and Complaints
We reserve the right to charge our guests’ cards, regardless of their wishes, in at least the following cases:
- they left the hotel premises without paying for the services they received – strictly the value of the services they received
- caused degradation or destruction – strictly the value of repairs or degraded/destroyed objects;
- they left with objects that do not belong to them and the value of which they did not pay at the reception – strictly the value of the stolen objects;
they did not cancel the reservation by the set deadline – strictly the value of one night’s accommodation;
(as mentioned on page 1: In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the amount of the first night and to release the room for the rest of the reserved period.
- they smoked inside the hotel or the rooms although smoking is prohibited – strictly the price of the room cleaning service;
Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise as a result of the application of these terms and conditions, we will try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts.
Unwanted Client Removal Program
The customer must comply with hotel customs. He will have to respect both the silence in the hotel and the restaurant, as well as the norms of social and moral coexistence.
Guests must also take care of the property entrusted to them during their stay.
Any violation of hotel customs or moral and social norms entitles the hotelier to immediately terminate the contract/accommodation, without any notice.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, service in the restaurant and access to our property to customers who are intoxicated, rude or turbulent, whose behavior damages the image of the hotel or disturbs other customers. The counter value of any destruction or degradation of material assets belonging to Tomis Garden Aparthotel will be borne by those responsible for their production.
We reserve the right to forcibly evict undesirable customers from the hotel, restaurant or from our property.
Taking into account the above, we reserve the right to select our customers.
